You deserve healthy skin products. What you may not know is that your makeup, eye cream, even your soap may be riddled with toxic chemicals or harmful substances that you’re not even aware of!
Well, what about organic, natural or vegan? Those are safe, right?
Not necessarily. In fact, there’s a very good chance they hold unsafe, harmful ingredients as well. Natural or synthetic, all ingredients must be tested and ensured they are safe before we lather them on our precious skin. The FDA does not require every ingredient is tested or checked for safety. So when skin care is labeled with: pure, organic, natural, it does not mean that they are safe.
I’m Heather Jadus, skin toxicity educator and Mother-Daughter bonding coach. I help Mothers and Daughters create a relationship built on trust and honesty through the bond of safe and healthy skin care.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE SAFE SKIN CARE?
The long term effects of using unsafe skin products are autoimmune disease, cancer, infertility, hormone disruption, and learning disabilities. In our children it’s even more crucial we clean out our cupboards and start the safe skin mission early.
SHOW YOUR DAUGHTERS THAT YOU HAVE SKIN INTEGRITY.
Skin is a universal aspect of a teenage girl. Every young girl worries about their skin health just as you did when you were that age. If you’re a mother & want to show your daughter how to treat their skin in an honest and healthy way, the best way to start is to cleanse your home of harmful products and learn how to shop for safe skin care. These are tools you both can use and pass on to the next generation.
